基于文献计量法对国内老旧社区现状及热点演化的研究

Research on the Status Quo and Hot Spot Evolution of Old Communities in China based on Bibliometrics

老旧社区是城市建设重要的组成部分,在城市规划由增量高速发展转变为存量高质量发展的大背景下,随着时间的推移,老旧社区及其暴露问题增多,使得面向该领域的研究工作愈加重要。基于文献计量法使用CiteSpace知识图谱软件,对知网平台老旧社区相关文献数据进行处理,充分地认知其研究现状,力求为今后相关的研究者提供实践过程中如何解决老旧社区相关问题的更多可能性,并对未来研究老旧社区的建设与发展提供一定的借鉴作用。

An old community is an important part of urban constructions.Under the background that urban planning has transformed from incremental rapid development to stock high-quality development,with the passage of time,the number of old communities and the number of exposed problems has made research in this field more important.Based on the bibliometric method,use the CiteSpace knowledge map software to process the related literature data of the old communities on the CNKI platform,and strive to provide more possibilities for the future researchers on how to solve the problems related to the old community in the course of practice,and provide a certain reference for future research on the construction and development of old communities.
