摘要
高增益DC-DC变换器正越来越多地应用于太阳能光伏或其他可再生能源发电系统。良好的稳态和动态性能以及更高的效率是为上述应用选取变换器的先决条件。为此设计并实现一种级联Boost和Luo变换器的新型组合式单开关升压DC-DC变换器。首先,详细阐述该新型组合式变换器的拓扑结构与工作原理;然后,将所提变换器与其他类似变换器在各种性能参数上进行比较;最后,采用Matlab建立系统仿真模型,仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性。所提变换器只使用一个功率开关,具有连续的输入电流,同时能够降低开关器件间的电压和电流应力,并且在较低的占空比下可以获得较高的电压增益。输入电流连续是DC-DC变换器的一个理想特性,所提变换器适合太阳能光伏应用等场合。
High gain DC-DC converters are increasingly being used in solar PV and other renewable generation systems. Satisfactory steady-state and dynamic performance, along with higher efficiency, are pre-requirement for selecting the converter for these applications. For this reason, a novel combined single switch boost DC-DC converter with cascade boost and Luo converters is designed and implemented. Firstly, the topology and working principle of the new combined converter are described in detail. Then,the proposed converter is compared with other similar converters in various performance parameters. Finally, the system simulation model is established by Matlab, and the simulation results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis. The proposed converter only uses one power switch, which has continuous input current, can reduce the voltage stress and current stress between switching devices, and can obtain high voltage gain at low duty cycle. Continuous input current is an ideal characteristic of DC-DC converter.The proposed converter is suitable for solar photovoltaic applications.
