摘要 因部分施工作业的环境复杂性及人员操作的不确定性,由施工机械跨越临近带电安全距离而导致的恶性事件仍在发生,对电力系统稳定可靠运行带来恶劣影响。因此,研究一种电力系统临近电安全距离预警系统。介绍基于临界电场阈值的安全距离预警系统基本工作原理;继而建立电力系统带电作业的三维有限元模型,并以35~500kV典型交流输电线路为例,仿真分析不同输电线路等级以及不同作业位置下的电场阈值变化特性,从而为临近电预警提供依据;最后利用所研制系统在现场进行了电场强度、安全距离大小的实测,对预警系统进行了验证。实测结果表明,本系统在临界电场下发生报警时,实际测得的最小安全距离要比标准中数值大0.7~1.6 m,安全裕度可达20%,优于同类技术。研究结果可为电力系统安全稳定运行提供技术支撑。 Due to the environmental complexity of some construction operations and the uncertainty of personnel operations, vicious incidents caused by construction machinery crossing the nearby live safety distance still occur, which has a bad impact on the stable and reliable operation of the power system. Therefore, an early warning system for near electrical safety distance in power system is studied. First, the basic working principle of the safety distance early warning system based on critical electric field threshold is introduced. Then, by establishing a three-dimensional finite element model of the power system on-line operation, and taking typical 35-500 kV AC transmission line as examples, the electric field threshold change characteristics under different transmission line levels and different operating positions are simulated and analyzed, so as to provide a basis for the nearby electric warning. Finally,the electric field strength and safe distance are measured on the spot using the developed system. The actual measurement results well verify the early warning system, which show that when the system generates an alarm under a critical electric field, the actual minimum safety distance measured is 0.7-1.6 meters larger than the standard value, and the safety margin can reach 20%, which is better than similar technologies. The research results can provide technical support for the safe and stable operation of the power system.
