基于CiteSpace的国内临床药师培训情况可视化分析

Visual analysis of the training situation of domestic clinical pharmacists based on CiteSpace

目的:分析近年来有关中国临床药师培训的现状、研究热点和发展趋势,为其后续发展提供参考。方法:以中国知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学文献数据库作为文献计量分析的数据源,同时通过应用CiteSpace软件对符合条件的各类文献的作者和关键词信息进行共现分析并绘制知识图谱。结果:该研究纳入文献总量为587篇(期刊文献581篇,学位论文6篇),文献发表数量逐年增长,其中期刊文献有119篇(占20.5%)获得基金项目资助;培训中应用最广泛的教学方法是以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL教学法,占36.4%);文献合作度为3.1,合著率为79.4%,均被引次数为5.2次,高被引文献127篇,占28.7%;论文的知识图谱显示作者合作不紧密,仅以曾仁杰为核心的作者团队较突出;近7年内发生突变的关键词为培养模式、规范化培训、中药临床药学、中药临床药师、PBL,我国临床药师培训关注的热点是临床药学教学、探索培训模式、中药临床药师的培养等。结论:国内临床药师培训研究发展良好,但发表的论文影响力不足,跨地区、机构的研究合作亦有待加强。中药临床药师培训逐渐兴起,临床药师培训趋于系统化、规范化、统一化。

OBJECTIVE Understand the training status,research hotspots and development trend of clinical pharmacist training in China in recent years,and provide reference for its follow-up development.METHODS Use CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database as the data source for bibliometric analysis,and at the same time use CiteSpace sof-tware to perform co-occurrence analysis on the author and keyword information of various types of the documents that meet the requirements,and draw knowledge maps.RESULTS The total number of documents included in this study is 587(581 journal articles and 6 dissertations),and the number of publications was increasing year by year.Among the journal articles,119(20.5%)received funding.The most widely used teaching method in training is problem-based learning(PBL,36.4%).The document cooperation rate was 3.1,and papers with collaborate work of authors made up 79.4%of all papers.The average number of citations was 5.2 times,and the number of high citations was 127,accounting for 28.7%.The knowledge graph of the paper shows that the author’s cooperation is not close,with Zeng Ren-jie as the core of the author’s team is more prominent.The key words of mutation in the last seven years are culture mode,standardized training,Chinese medicine clinical pharmacology,Chinese medicine clinical pharmacist,PBL.The focus of the clinical pharmacists training in China is on clinical pharmacy teaching,exploring training models,training of Chinese medicine clinicians,etc.CONCLUSION The research of clinical pharmacists training in China is developing well,but there is still a problem of insufficient influence in published papers,and research cooperation between regions and institutions needs to be strengthened.The training of clinical pharmacists of Chinese medicine is gradually emerging,and the training of clinical pharmacists trends to be systematized,standardized and unified.
