地下金属矿山通讯方案的选择升级及类推评价

Selection and analogy evaluation of mine intelligent communication scheme

摘要 矿山在智能化升级过程中通讯方法选择不当会给矿山企业的生产安全带来消极影响。为了合理化选择和评价地下金属矿山智能化进程中的通讯方法,以大红山铜铁矿和大坪金矿升级改造为例,从经济、性能和技术安全这3个指标出发建立矿山信息通讯方案指标因素模型;使用少量有效的数据结合灰色层次分析法和模糊数学进行决策分析,随后运用类推分析法对决策结论进行二次评价。结果表明,Sigfox是大红山铜铁矿现代化安全升级改造的最佳通讯手段,且这种最优的通讯手段同样可以在大坪金矿合理有效地使用。研究表明,这样的两种方法结合一方面提供了解决数据缺失的复杂安全问题的技术手段,另一方面可以为解决某些类似的工程技术问题提供参考。 The selection of communication methods related to the production safety of mining enterprises is particularly important, during the modernization and upgrading of mines. Thus, the hierarchical analytic hierarchy process(AHP) model is established by using two-level indexes. The first level indexes include economic, performance, and safety technology. The second level indexes consist of nine sub-indicators based on the first level indexes. Based on these indicators, a gray analytic hierarchy model is developed by the combination of the gray theory and AHP for preliminary evaluation. Then the evaluation results of the data are combined with a small amount of data for expert evaluation and the results are obtained by fuzzy mathematics. Finally, a similar analogy analysis method is introduced to conduct a second evaluation of the results and reach a comprehensive conclusion. The results show that the Sigfox communication method is the best in the modernization and safety upgrade of Dahongshan Copper and Iron Mine and this communication method can also be used reasonably and effectively in Daping Gold Mine. On the one hand, the combined use of these three methods takes advantage of the small sample estimation of the gray theory, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of multiple decision-making by AHP, and the empirical dimensional evaluation of the similar analogy analysis, which provides means to analyze and solve complex security problems even under the condition of insufficient data. On the other hand, the mixed use of these two methods can also provide a reference for some similar engineering technical problems. In the face of complex engineering problems, we need to explore more feasible theoretical methods in theory and practice to deal with unknown engineering problems more comprehensively and scientifically. Besides, we also need to reduce the risk of safety accidents.
