生物质炭基改良剂对土壤团聚体结构和不同根肿病抗性白菜生长的影响 被引量:1

Effect of biochar based amendment on soil aggregate structure and the growth of Chinese Cabbage(Brassica bara L.)with different resistance

摘要 土壤团聚体对土壤的功能和质量有着重要的影响,施用生物质炭对土壤团聚体结构的影响虽已有不少报道,但结合抗性植物效应不多。为探究生物质炭基改良剂(简称“改良剂”)对土壤团聚体结构及不同根肿病抗性品种的白菜生长影响,设置改良剂和品种抗性的组合盆栽试验,按不同比例将小麦秸秆生物质炭、生石灰、腐殖酸钠、玉肥复配后添加到根肿病土壤中,白菜种植90 d后收获。利用湿筛法对不同粒级的团聚体质量分数进行综合分析,同时测定不同抗性白菜的生长指标。结果表明:添加改良剂后可显著提升低抗白菜的伸展度(24.5%)与根茎直径(8.1%),还可提高其土壤团聚体平均质量直径37.9%和几何平均直径13.6%;对低抗、中抗品种的土壤团聚体稳定性、结构破坏率及分形维数的影响不显著。综上所述,改良剂对低抗白菜的生长及其土壤的团聚体形成有明显的促进作用。 Soil aggregates have a great influence on soil function and quality,there are many reports on the effect of biochar on the structure of soil aggregates while lacking reports that combine with different resistant plants.To explore the effects of biochar based amendment(referred to as“BA”)on soil aggregate structure and the growth of Chinese Cabbage with different resistance to clubroot disease,a pot experiment was conducted in which wheat straw biochar,quicklime,sodium humate,and yufei were added to clubroot disease soil according to different proportions and cabbage was harvested after 90 days of planting.The soil aggregates mass percentage of different size fractions was analyzed by the wet sieving method,and the growth indexes of different resistant Chinese cabbage were determined.The results show that:the extension and root diameter of low-resistant Chinese Cabbage added with BA significantly increases by 24.5%and 8.1%,respectively,and the mean weight diameter and geometric mean diameterincreases by 37.9%and 13.6%,respectively.However,the BA has no significant effects on the stable aggregate,portion of aggregate destruction,and fractal dimensionof soils in which the low and medium-resistant varieties were growing.In summary,the BA could significantly promote the growth of low-resistant Chinese Cabbage and the formation of soil aggregates.
