山东省某市居民基层首诊意愿及影响因素分析

Analysis of residents’willingness and influencing factors of first-visit at grassroots medical institution in a city of Shandong Province

目的:分析山东省某市居民基层首诊意愿现状,并探讨其主要影响因素,为完善基层首诊制度提供参考依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法对山东省某市534名居民进行问卷调查,运用二分类Logistic回归模型剖析山东省某市居民基层首诊意愿的影响因素。结果:58.4%的居民愿意接受基层首诊;回归分析结果显示,性别、常住地以及基层首诊知晓度是居民基层首诊意愿的影响因素。结论:山东省某市居民选择基层医疗卫生机构首诊意愿较低,可通过加大宣传力度、提高基层医疗卫生机构总体水平、完善医保报销政策等多种途径提高居民基层首诊意愿。

Objective:To analyze the current situation of residents’willingness to first-visit at the grassroots level in a city of Shandong Province,and to explore its main influencing factors,so as to provide reference for improving the first-visit system at the grassroots level.Methods:A stratified random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 534 residents of a city in Shandong Province,and a binary Logistic regression model was used to dissect the factors influencing residents’willingness of first-visit at grassroots medical institution care in a city in Shandong Province.Results:58.4%of the residents were willing to accept the first-visit at the grassroots level;regression analysis showed that gender,permanent residence and awareness of the first-visit at the grassroots level were the influencing factors of the residents’willingness to accept the first-visit at the grassroots level.Conclusion:Residents in a city of Shandong Province have a low willingness to choose primary medical and health institutions for first-visit.We can improve residents’willingness to first-visit by increasing publicity,improving the overall level of primary medical and health institutions,and improving medical insurance reimbursement policy.
