基于CiteSpace的医护人员共情疲劳可视化分析

Visual analysis of compassion fatigue of medical staff based on CiteSpace

目的:探析医护人员共情疲劳研究领域的现状、热点与前沿,为今后的研究提供参考。方法:检索2012-2021年在Web of Science核心合集数据库中以医护人员共情疲劳为主题发表的文献,并运用CiteSpaceV(5.7.R5)软件从国家、机构、作者、关键词等方面进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入637篇文献。该领域近10年的年度发文数量整体呈上升趋势。研究热点包括医护人员共情疲劳的现状、影响因素、不良结局和干预措施。个性特征对医护人员共情疲劳的影响是近期的研究前沿。不同国家、机构和作者之间的合作较少。结论:未来的研究需要加强不同国家、机构和作者之间的合作,在概念内涵、发生机制和干预措施等方面不断深入。

Objective:To analyze the current status,hotspots and frontiers in the research field of compassion fatigue of medical staff,and to provide references for further research.Methods:Publications on the theme of compassion fatigue of medical staff from 2012 to 2021 were retrieved in the core collection database of Web of Science.CiteSpaceV(5.7.R5)was used to perform visual analysis of countries/regions,institutions,authors and keywords.Results:A total of 637 publications were included.The number of annual publications in this field over the past ten years has shown an overall upward trend.Research hotspots focused on the current status,influencing factors and intervention measures.Personality is the frontier field.There is less cooperation between different countries,institutions and authors.Conclusion:Future research needs to strengthen the cooperation between different countries,institutions and authors,and continue to deepen the concept connotation,occurrence mechanism and intervention measures.
