某高质量发展试点公立医院人力资源管理实践与思考 被引量:19

Practice and thinking of human resource management in a pilot hospital with high quality development

摘要 2021年5月,国务院办公厅出台了《关于推动公立医院高质量发展的意见》,同年7月选取了12所大型高水平三甲公立医院开展试点工作。人力资源管理是公立医院高质量发展的重要“发动机”,是激活医院发展新动力的重要手段。笔者结合所在试点单位,从“人才汇聚、人力高效、人心和谐”3个方面对促进公立医院高质量发展进行了经验总结,以期为其他公立医院高质量发展人力资源管理提供参考。 In May 2021,the general office of the Chinese State Council issued opinions on promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals.In July of the same year,12 large-scale high-level Grade III Level A public hospitals were selected to carry out the pilot work.The author’s hospital was included in the first batch of high-quality development pilot hospitals of the National Health Commission.Human resource management is an important "engine" for the high-quality development of public hospitals and an important means to activate the new driving force of hospital development.The author summarizes the experience of promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals from the three aspects of "talent convergence,manpower efficiency and people’s harmony",in order to provide ideas and references for the high-quality development of human resource management in other public hospitals.
