以某三级医院S为例,通过对手术数量、质量和效率、风险等数据进行分析,探索出了一种基于RBRVS项目点值基础上的新型“功能价值导向”日间手术绩效管理模式。该方法能引导医师提升手术质量、效率和开展高风险技术的积极性,提高医院运营效率,提升患者就医满意度,增加医师的获得感。

This paper takes a Grade III hospital S as an example,it explores a new performance management mode of day-surgery guided by "functional value" on the basis of RBRVS project points.This method can guide doctors to improve the quality and efficiency of surgery and the enthusiasm for developing high-risk technology,enhance the efficiency of hospital operation,better serve the patients with medical treatment,and increase doctors’ sense of acquisition,helping to manage the application value.
