四川省级工程技术研究中心发展现状及问题和对策研究

Research on the Development Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Sichuan Engineering Technology Research Center

工程技术研究中心是重要的技术创新平台,是科技创新体系和科技创新平台的重要组成部分。为充分发挥工程技术研究中心在促进技术创新、推动科技成果转移转化的示范作用,在现有已批建工程技术研究中心的基础上,对布局建设情况和建设成效情况进行分析。结果表明,四川省工程技术研究中心的建设存在区域分布不均衡、特色产业体系支撑不足等问题。最后提出相应的对策建议。

Engineering Technology Research Center is not only an important technological innovation platform,but also an important part of the scientific and technological innovation system and scientific and technological innovation platform.In order to give full play to the exemplary role of Engineering Technology Research Center in promoting technological innovation and promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the layout and construction results of the approved engineering technology research center are analyzed.The results show that there are some problems in the construction of Sichuan Engineering Technology Research Center,such as unbalanced regional distribution and insufficient support of characteristic industrial system.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestion are put forward.
