摘要
针对国家中心城市建设过程中的水安全保障问题,通过分析2014—2018年9个国家中心城市经济社会发展与区域水资源开发利用的资料数据,采用测算人均指标、水资源开发利用率的基尼系数与供水水源结构不平衡指数的方法,研究国家中心城市的水资源情况及供水结构状态的地区差异性。结果表明:9个国家中心城市的人均水资源占有量、水资源开发利用率的差异性较大,部分城市供水水源结构需要优化调整。在建设国家中心城市的过程中必须注重提升城市的供水保障能力,才能有效应对城市发展与水资源短缺的问题。
In view of the issue of water security in the construction of national central cities, this paper analyzed the data of economic and social development and regional water resources development and utilization of nine national central cities from 2014 to 2018, and studied the regional differences of water resources and water supply structure in national central cities, by using the method of calculating per capita index, Gini coefficient of water resources development and utilization rate and imbalance index of water supply source structure. The results show that there are great differences in the per capita share of water resources and the development and utilization rate of water resources among the nine national central cities;the structure of water supply sources in some cities needs to be optimized and adjusted. In the process of building a national central city, we must pay attention to improve the city’s water supply guarantee capacity in order to effectively deal with the issue of urban development and water shortage.
