山西省煤层气(瓦斯)开发利用现状及发展方向

Present situation and development direction of coalbed methane(gas)exploitation and utilization in Shanxi Province

为促进山西省煤层气(瓦斯)产业化持续健康发展,总结山西省瓦斯地质特征、开发利用现状、产业发展面临的问题,从政策、技术、产业等方面提出对策建议,指出煤层气(瓦斯)发展方向是完善储气调峰等基础设施建设,推进高附加值产品研发转化,提高井下煤矿瓦斯利用率,助力实现碳达峰、碳中和目标。煤层气(瓦斯)产业需提升开发利用水平,以保障商业化运营空间;碳减排趋势下,煤层气抽采企业应积极参与国际碳排放权交易;科学利用煤层气(瓦斯),减少直接排放,通过科技创新推动高附加值转化;坚持“煤与瓦斯共采,治理与利用并重”的先进理念。

In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of CBM(gas)industrialization in Shanxi Province,this paper summarizes the gas geological characteristics,development and utilization status,problems of gas industry development,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of policy,technology and industry.The paper points out that the development direction of CBM(gas)is to improve the infrastructure construction of gas storage and peak regulation,promote the R&D and transformation of high value-added products,improve the utilization rate of underground coal mine gas,and help achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutral.It is concluded that the CBM(gas)industry needs to enhance the level of development and utilization to ensure the commercial operation space;under the trend of carbon reduction,CBM extraction enterprises should actively participate in international carbon emission trading;make scientific utilization of CBM(gas),reduce direct emissions,and promote the transformation of high added value through scientific and technological innovation;adhere to the advanced concept of“coal and gas co-mining,treatment and utilization of equal importance”.
