中国在“一带一路”沿线国家专利布局特征与对策建议

The Features and Countermeasures of Chinese Patent Layout in Countries Along the Belt and Road

随着共建“一带一路”建设的走深走实,中国在“一带一路”沿线国家专利申请实现了较快增长,逐步建立起相对完善的专利保护网络,但与美国等发达国家仍存在一定差距。中国专利布局区域分布不平衡,主要集中在俄罗斯、印度等区域性大国,需加强在东盟国家专利布局。专利申请主要集中在数字通信、有机化学、物理等技术领域,专利维持期限较短,有效专利存量少。中国企业需综合考虑“一带一路”沿线各国的特点,系统性、针对性地规划专利布局,进一步拓宽专利布局区域和技术领域,提高专利布局效率。推动专利布局成为带动中国与“一带一路”沿线国家经贸关系深化升级的新动力,助推共建“一带一路”高质量发展。

With the deepening and solidification of co-building the Belt and Road, China has achieved rapid growth of patent applications in countries along the Belt and Road, and gradually established a relatively complete patent protection network. However, there is still a certain gap with developed countries such as the USA. The regional distribution of China’s patent distribution is uneven, mainly concentrated in regional powers such as Russia and India, and it is necessary to strengthen the patent layout in ASEAN countries. Patent applications are mainly concentrated in technical fields such as digital communication, organic chemistry, and physics. The patent duration is short, and the valid patent stock is small. Chinese enterprises need to comprehensively consider the characteristics of the countries along the Belt and Road to plan the patent layout systematically and pertinently, further expand patent layout areas and technical fields, and improve patent layout efficiency. The patent layout could become a new driving force for the deepening and upgrading of economic and trade relations between China and countries along the Belt and Road, so that promote high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
