渗液报警器在血液透析治疗中的运用分析

Analysis of Application of Seepage Alarm in Hemodialysis Treatment

目的:应用自行研发的渗液报警器在血液透析患者的治疗中在最短时间内发现处理穿刺点渗血及预防穿刺针脱落。方法:筛选出2021年1月~2021年6月在本院血液净化中心接受规律血液透析治疗的渗血高风险患者38例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组19例患者每次上机后使用渗血报警器实时监测,对照组19例患者每次上机后采用传统方法每30min进行巡视1次。结果:观察组患者渗血≤1mL能得到及时发现及处理,穿刺针移位滑脱发生率明显降低,患者满意度升高。结论:渗液报警器在血液透析治疗中可有效地对患者穿刺点渗血情况进行监控及报警,降低血液透析患者大量渗血及穿刺针脱落的发生率,保证患者血液透析治疗的安全,提高患者的满意度。

Objective:The self-developed seepage alarm is used in the treatment of hemodialysis patients to detect and deal with the bleeding at the puncture point and prevent the puncture needle from falling off in the shortest time.Methods:A total of 38 patients with high risk of bleeding who received regular hemodialysis at our hospital’s blood purification center from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.19 patients in the experimental group received each visit.The blood oozing alarm was used for real-time monitoring after the machine,and 19 patients in the control group were patrolled every 30 minutes by traditional methods after each time they got on the machine.Results:In the experimental group,patients with oozing blood≤1mL can be detected and treated in time,the incidence of puncture needle displacement and slippage was significantly reduced,and patient satisfaction increased.Conclusion:The seepage alarm can effectively monitor and alarm the patient’s puncture point blood leakage during hemodialysis treatment,reduce the incidence of massive hemodialysis patients and puncture needle loss,ensure the safety of the patient’s hemodialysis treatment,and improve the patients'satisfaction.
