颅脑磁共振波谱成像技术及其质量控制分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析颅脑核磁共振成像的技术(MRS)及其成像影响因素并提出提高其质量的对应措施。方法:回顾分析2018年9月~2019年12月本院收治的100例经颅脑MRI检查的患者资料,所有患者均接受病理检查并且证实为颅脑占位性病变。MRI扫描去多体素3D化学位移成像技术,扫描后使用波谱专用处理软件进行处理,观察MRS波谱质量。分析失败原因并提出质量控制措施,同时评估诊断效果。结果:100例患者扫描资料中,89例获得图像良好,7例MRS扫描失败,4例因匀场效果不佳导致谱线杂乱。颅脑磁共振波谱成像对颅脑占位性病变诊断灵敏度为97.75%、特异度为90.91%和准确率为97.00%。结论:颅脑MRI扫描前应做好充分准备,患者配合度、定位规范是保证扫描成功的关键因素,后续需要注重以上因素控制。 Objective:To study and analyze the craniocerebral magnetic resonance imaging(MRS)technology and the factors affecting the craniocerebral imaging,and put forward the corresponding measures to improve the quality of MRS.Methods:Data of 100 patients with craniocerebral MRI examination admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent pathological examination and were confirmed to have craniocerebral space-occupying lesions.Multi-voxel 3D chemical shift imaging technology was removed from MRI scan.After scanning,special spectral processing software was used for processing,and the spectral quality of MRS was observed.Analyze the cause of failure and propose quality control measures.The diagnostic effect was also evaluated.Results:Among the 100 patients,89 cases obtained good images,7 cases failed in MRS scan,and 4 cases had disorderly spectral lines due to poor homogenation effect.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 97.75%,90.91% and 97.00% for the diagnosis of craniocerebral space-occupying lesions.Conclusion:Full preparation should be made before craniocerebral MRI scan,patient cooperation degree and positioning standard are the key factors to ensure the success of the scan,and the control of the above factors should be paid attention to in the follow-up.
