超声脑血管治疗仪治疗急性脑梗死偏瘫的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Ultrasound Cerebrovascular Therapeutic Apparatus on Acute Cerebral Infarction Hemiplegia

目的:研究超声脑血管治疗仪治疗急性脑梗死偏瘫的临床效果。方法:选择天津市西青区辛口镇社区卫生服务中心在2017年1月~2020年12月收治的125例患者进行研究,均确诊满足急性脑梗死偏瘫,按入院前后顺序对患者分组,一共分为两组,分别为对照组与观察组,对照组中有62例患者,观察组中有63例患者,为对照组内患者采用常规治疗方法进行治疗,在此基础上,为观察组内患者联合应用超声脑血管治疗仪进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的疗效、Barthel评分、神经功能评分以及肢体运动功能。结果:观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组的Barthel评分、肢体运动功能评分均高于对照组,神经功能评分明显低于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:为急性脑梗死偏瘫患者进行常规治疗的基础上,联合应用超声脑血管治疗仪进行治疗,临床应用价值显著。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of ultrasound cerebrovascular treatment instrument on acute cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 125 patients admitted to the Xinkou Town Community Health Service Center in Xiqing District,Tianjin City from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected for research.They were all diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction hemiplegia.The patients were divided into two groups according to the order before and after admission.Respectively,the control group and the observation group.There are 62 patients in the control group and 63 patients in the observation group.The patients in the control group are treated with conventional treatment methods.On this basis,the patients in the observation group are combined with ultrasound.The cerebrovascular treatment instrument was used for treatment,and the efficacy and Barthel score,neurological function score and limb motor function of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the Barthel score,limb motor function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,neurological function score were significantly lower than those of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment for patients with acute cerebral infarction and hemiplegia,the combined application of ultrasound cerebrovascular therapy instrument for treatment has significant clinical application value.
