电子化疗泵使用中报警原因分析及应对方法

Analysis of Alarm Causes and Countermeasures in the Use of Electronic Chemotherapy Pump

目的:研究使用电子化疗泵时出现报警的原因和应对方法。方法:选取2019年5月~2020年5月本院收治的65例利用电子化疗泵的患者,分析其使用时出现报警的原因和对策。结果:选取的65例利用电子化疗泵的患者中有10例出现报警,经过分析发现出现报警的原因有:阻塞、气泡、设置和装反延长管,分别为3例、2例、2例和3例,所占比例为30%、20%、20%和30%。所有报警均找到原因,并提出了规范操作、定期更换连接管等应对方法。结论:在使用电子化疗泵的过程中出现报警的主要原因有阻塞、气泡、设置和装反延长管。当出现报警时,应及时找到原因并提出应对方法进行解决,保证患者可以顺利完成治疗。

Objective:To study the causes and countermeasures of alarm when using electronic chemotherapy pump.Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on 65 patients with electronic chemotherapy pump in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020,and the causes and countermeasures of alarm were analyzed.Results:Among the 65 patients using the electronic chemotherapy pump,10 of them appeared alarm.Through analysis,it was found that the causes of alarm were obstruction,bubble,setting and installing the reverse extension tube,which were 3,2,2 and 3 cases respectively,accounting for 30%,20%,20% and 30%.The cause of all alarms is found,and the corresponding methods such as standard operation and regular replacement of connection pipe are put forward.Conclusion:To sum up,the main causes of alarm during the use of electronic chemotherapy pump are obstruction,bubble,setting and installation of reverse extension tube.When there is an alarm,the cause should be found in time and countermeasures should be put forward to solve,so as to ensure that the patient can successfully complete the treatment.
