实时动态血糖监测系统对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素泵强化治疗中血糖波动监测的价值探讨

The Value of Real-Time Dynamic Blood Glucose Monitoring System in Monitoring Blood Glucose Fluctuation in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus During Intensive Insulin Pump Therapy

目的:探究实时动态血糖监测系统对糖尿病患者实施胰岛素强化治疗过程中达到的监测效果。方法:从2019年8月~2020年8月本院收治的2型糖尿病患者中选择100例作为研究对象,均分成使用回顾动态血糖监测系统的对照组和使用实时动态血糖监测系统的实验组,每组50例。对比两组患者的治疗成效。结果:在治疗后两组患者的2hBG、HbALc、FBC指标均有所降低,且实验组患者的指标降低程度大于对照组。实验组患者的血糖达标时间优于对照组、血糖漂移度低于对照组、低血糖事件检出率高于对照组的检出率、平均持续时间低于对照组、无症状低血糖检出率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:动态血糖监测系统对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素泵强化治疗中血糖波动监测有着十分重要的应用价值。

Objective:To explore the monitoring effect of real-time dynamic blood glucose monitoring system in the course of intensive insulin therapy for diabetic patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into the control group using retrospective dynamic glucose monitoring system and the experimental group using real-time dynamic glucose monitoring system,with 50 patients in each group.The treatment outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the indexes of 2hBG,HbALc and FBC in the two groups were decreased,and the degree of decrease in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group.The detection rate of hypoglycemic events in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the average duration of hypoglycemia was lower than that in the control group,and the detection rate of asymptomatic hypoglycemia was higher than that in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05),which was of statistical significance.Conclusion:Dynamic blood glucose monitoring system is of great application value in monitoring blood glucose fluctuation during intensive insulin pump therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
