Objective:To analyze the effects of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and biliary tract exploration stone extraction in the treatment of biliary calculi. Methods:Taking 110 patients with biliary calculi as an example, they were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group with 55 cases each. The reference group was treated with pure laparoscopic cholecystectomy. On this basis, the experimental group was treated with choledochoscopy and exploratory lithotripsy. The indicators and postoperative complications were compared. Results:In terms of operation time, the reference group was(52.41±5.71)min,which was shorter than the experimental group(66.32±8.12)min,P<0.05;compared with other indicators, the intraoperative blood loss of the experimental group was(12.69±3.16)mL,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function was(15.37±5.27)h,and the total inner diameter of the bile duct was(5.01±0.52)mm,which were all lower than those of the control group(28.65±2.81)mL,(24.52±3.14)h,(6.39±0.74)mm,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the reference group was 18.18%;the incidence of complications in the experimental group was 14.55%(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with biliary calculi, laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with choledochoscopy exploration and lithotripsy treatment is effective.
