全自动血细胞分析仪在血常规检验中的应用价值

Application Value of Automatic Blood Cell Analyzer in Blood Routine Examination

目的:探析在血常规检验过程中全自动血细胞分析仪的临床应用价值。方法:本研究将2019年10月~2020年10月在本院接受血常规检验并符合血细胞形态学复检标准的标本220份作为实验对象,每份标本均分别采用全自动血细胞分析仪与血涂片两种方式进行检验,对比分析两种检验方式的中性粒细胞(NE)、嗜酸粒细胞(EO)、嗜碱粒细胞(BA)以及淋巴细胞(LY)、幼稚细胞/核左移(IG)、单核细胞(MO)以及原始细胞/异型淋巴细胞(OTHER)阳性检出率。结果:统计学分析后可知,全自动血细胞分析仪与血涂片在NE、EO、BA、LY阳性检出率上存在着较高的一致性,P>0.05;全自动细胞分析仪IG、MO与OTHER阳性检出率略低于血涂片,但是差异并无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:在开展血常规检验的过程中,全自动血细胞分析仪可以获得相对较为准确的数据指标,为临床诊断与治疗提供了血细胞数量的参数,具有相对较高的临床应用价值,但是必要时可以与血涂片联合应用以提高血常规检验的准确性和质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical application value of automatic blood cell analyzer in routine blood test.Methods:In this study,220 specimens who received routine blood test in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 and met the standards for blood cell morphology re-examination were selected as experimental subjects,each specimen respectively using automatic blood cell analyzer and blood smear test in two ways,contrast analysis of two types of inspection of neutrophils(NE),acidophilic granulocyte(EO),basophilic granulocyte(BA)and lymphocytes(LY),immature cells/nuclear left(IG)and mononuclear cells(MO)and original cell/heterotypic lymphocytes(OTHER)positive detection rate.Results:Statistical analysis showed that the positive rate of NE,EO,BA and LY was consistent with that of blood smear(P>0.05).The positive detection rate of IG,MO and OTHER by automatic cell analyzer was slightly lower than that of blood smear,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the process of conducting routine blood test,automatic blood cell analyzer can obtain relatively accurate data index,for clinical diagnosis and treatment of blood cells in the number of parameters,has relatively high clinical application value,but if necessary,it can be combined with blood smear to improve the accuracy and quality of blood routine test.
