摘要 目的:研究和分析X射线、CT、MRI联合应用对骨巨细胞瘤的诊断效果及准确率。方法:回顾性分析2014年10月~2020年12月本院收治的18例骨巨细胞瘤患者的临床资料,并对其X射线、CT、MRI影像学检查表现进行探讨分析。结果:18例患者病变部位主要在股骨远端、胫骨近端、桡骨远端、股骨大粗隆等部位;X射线检查可很好地发现患者病变部位及相关情况,CT和MRI能够进一步发现病变情况,三者联合应用,可以发现18例患者中多数病例存在的溶骨性骨质破坏、骨皮质变薄,并可见形态不规则或密度不均匀软组织密度影;部分病例T1WI呈等或低信号,T2WI呈高信号,还有部分病例病灶及周围组织呈现出片状异常信号;少部分病例病灶存在转移情况等。结论:X射线、CT、MRI联合应用可有效提高骨巨细胞瘤的诊断效果及准确率,有助于为患者制定更加科学有效的治疗方案,提高患者治疗效果。 Objective:To study and analyze the diagnostic effect and accuracy of the combined application of X-ray,CT and MRI on giant cell tumor of bone.Methods:The clinical data of 18 patients with giant cell tumor of bone admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The X-ray,CT,and MRI imaging findings of all patients were discussed and analyzed.Results:The lesions in 18 patients were mainly in the distal femur,proximal tibia,distal radius,and greater trochanter;X-ray examination can well find the lesion location and related conditions of patients,CT and MRI can further detect lesions,and the combined application of the three can detect osteolytic bone destruction and thinning of bone cortex in most of the 18 patients,and the soft tissue density shadow with irregular shape or uneven density can be seen;In some cases,T1WI was iso-or low-intensity,and T2WI was high-intensity,and in some cases,the lesions and surrounding tissues showed patchy abnormal signals;In a small number of cases,the lesions were metastatic.Conclusion:The combined application of X-ray,CT,and MRI can effectively improve the diagnostic effect and accuracy of giant cell tumor of bone,and help to provide a reference for patients to formulate more scientific and effective treatment plans and improve the treatment effect of patients.
