128层螺旋CT三维重建技术在骨盆骨折中的临床价值

Clinical Value of 128 Slice Spiral CT 3D Reconstruction in Pelvic Fracture

目的:探究128层螺旋CT三维重建技术在骨盆骨折中的临床价值,为临床医师选择适合的影像学检查方法提供参考。方法:选择2018年1月~2019年12月辽宁省健康产业集团铁煤总医院收治的51例骨盆骨折患者为研究对象,全部患者均接受螺旋CT平扫和128层螺旋CT三维重建技术检查,以二次复查(或临床手术结果)为标准,统计比较两种诊断方式检出率。结果:128层螺旋CT三维重建技术检出率为100.00%,高于螺旋CT平扫96.64%,P<0.05;128层螺旋CT三维重建技术中多平面重组(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现(VR)检出率分别为97.48%、96.64%、97.48%。结论:在骨盆骨折患者诊断中,128层螺旋CT三维重建技术检出率较高,为临床诊治工作提供了精准依据,应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of 128 slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in pelvic fracture,and provide reference for clinicians to choose suitable imaging examination methods.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,a total of 51 patients with pelvic fracture admitted to Tiemei General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group were selected as the study objects.All patients were examined with spiral CT plain scan and 128 slice spiral CT 3D reconstruction technology.According to the standard of the second reexamination(or clinical operation results),the detection rates of the two diagnosis methods were compared.Results:The detection rate of 3D reconstruction of 128 slice spiral CT was 100.00%,higher than that of plain CT 96.64%,P<0.05;the detection rates of MPR,MIP and VR were 97.48%,96.64% and 97.48%,respectively.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of pelvic fracture,128 slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology has a high detection rate,which provides a precise basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,with high application value.
