空气压力波治疗仪对老年脑梗死下肢偏瘫患者神经功能、生活质量及下肢血流情况的影响

Effect of Air Pressure Wave Therapeutic Apparatus on Neurological Function,Quality of Life and Blood Flow of Lower Limbs in Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Hemiplegia

目的:探讨空气压力波治疗仪对老年脑梗死的应用价值。方法:选取2019年10月~2020年10月本院收治的老年脑梗死下肢偏瘫患者88例,以随机数字表法将患者分成2组,各44例。其中对照组采用常规治疗,予以患者血栓通、阿司匹林、氯吡格雷等药物,观察组在此基础上加用空气压力波治疗仪。在治疗30d后观察患者神经功能、生活质量及下肢血流状况。结果:治疗前两组美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)、生活质量评分对比差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者下肢血流指标腿围周径、反流时间股静脉血流速度对比差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后观察组下肢血流指标腿围周径、反流时间低于对照组,股静脉血流速度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为90.91%。对照组治疗总有效率为72.72%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:空气压力波治疗仪能促进老年脑梗死下肢偏瘫患者神经功能、生活质量的改善,同时可促进下肢血流的改善,获得较为理想的治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the application value of air pressure wave therapy instrument for elderly cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 88 elderly patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia of the lower extremities who were admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into 2 groups with a random number table,with 44 cases in each group.Among them,the control group received routine treatment,and the patients were given Xueshuantong,aspirin,clopidogrel and other drugs,and the observation group was added with an air pressure wave therapy device on this basis.After 30 days of treatment,the patient’s nerve function,quality of life and blood flow of the lower limbs were observed.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and quality of life scores(P>0.05);after treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the blood flow index of leg circumference and reflux time between the two groups of patients.There was no significant difference in femoral vein blood flow speed(P>0.05);after treatment,the blood flow index of lower limb in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,the blood flow velocity in the femoral vein was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.91%.The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 72.72%,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The air pressure wave therapy device can promote the improvement of nerve function and quality of life in elderly patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia of the lower extremities,and at the same time promote the improvement of blood flow of the lower extremities,and obtain a more ideal therapeutic effect.
