心电监护仪联合除颤监护仪在急性心肌梗死患者中的临床应用研究

Clinical Application of ECG Monitor Combined with Defibrillation Monitor in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:探究心电监护仪联合除颤监护仪对急性心肌梗死患者进行治疗的临床应用效果。方法:选取天津康复疗养中心疗一科于2018年5月~2019年5月收治的78例急性心肌梗死患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各39例;对照组给予心电监护仪治疗,观察组则采用除颤监护仪联合心电监护仪治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组的心室颤动发生率为69.23%,低于对照组的89.74%(P<0.05);观察组的心搏骤停发生率为15.38%,低于对照组的38.46%(P<0.05);观察组的心肺复苏率为94.87%,高于对照组的74.36%(P<0.05)。观察组的总满意度高达97.4%%,高于对照组的76.9%(P<0.05);观察组出院2年内存活率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心电监护仪联合除颤监护仪应用在急性心肌梗死患者治疗中,既能够动态监护患者的心电功能,也更加有利于医护人员对患者进行及时抢救,能有效提升患者心肺复苏率和出院后2年生存率,预后效果更好。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ECG monitoring combined with defibrillation monitoring in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:78 patients with acute myocardial infarction in the first Department of Tianjin Rehabilitation Center from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each group;The control group was treated with ECG monitor,while the observation group was treated with defibrillation monitor combined with ECG monitor.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of ventricular fibrillation in the observation group was 69.23%,which was lower than 89.74% in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of cardiac arrest in the observation group was 15.38%,lower than 38.46% in the control group(P<0.05);The cardiopulmonary resuscitation rate in the observation group was 94.87%,which was higher than 74.36% in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 97.4%,higher than 76.9% of the control group(P<0.05);The 2-year memory survival rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ECG monitor combined with defibrillation monitor in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction can not only dynamically monitor the ECG function of patients,but also more conducive to the timely rescue of patients by medical staff,and can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary resuscitation rate and 2-year survival rate after discharge,with better prognosis.
