微波治疗仪手术治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Microwave Therapy Instrument on Condyloma Acuminatum

目的:探讨微波治疗仪手术治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:选取2021年1月~2022年1月本院收治的尖锐湿疣患者106例,分为两组,对照组应用CO_(2)激光治疗,研究组应用微波治疗仪手术治疗。比较治疗后两组患者的治疗有效率、血清GM-CSF及Lpo水平、复发率及炎症因子水平。结果:与对照组相比,研究组患者治疗有效率明显更高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组患者治疗后的血清GM-CSF及Lpo水平更符合正常标准(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组患者治疗后复发情况的发生率更低(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清IL-6、TNF-α、IL-10因子水平均有所降低(P<0.05),且研究组各炎症因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微波治疗仪手术治疗尖锐湿疣的治疗效果更加显著,可以有效改善患者的临床病症,减轻患者痛苦,且治疗后患者的血清GMCSF及Lpo水平更能接近正常水平,有效减少患者的复发率,有效改善患者炎症因子水平。

Objective:To investigate the effect of microwave therapy on the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Methods:A total of 106 patients with condyloma acuminatum were selected from January 2021 to January 2022 in our hospital.They were divided into two groups:the control group was treated with CO_(2) laser,and the research group was treated with microwave therapy instrument.The effective rate,serum GM-CSF and Lpo levels,recurrence rate and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the effective rate of study group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of serum GM-CSF and Lpo in the study group were more consistent with the normal standard after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of recurrence was lower in the study group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,TNF-α and IL-10 in 2 groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the levels of inflammatory factors in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microwave therapy instrument surgery for the treatment of condyloma acuminatum treatment effect is more significant,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,alleviate the pain of patients,and after the treatment of patients with serum GM-CSF and Lpo level can approach the normal level,effectively reduce the recurrence rate of patients,effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors in patients.
