苍南沿浦湾秋茄生长与沉积物若干因子关系研究

摘要 基于2014年秋季、2016年秋季和2018年春季对拟建设的浙江苍南沿浦湾省级海洋特别保护区人工秋茄林生态系统监测数据,开展了秋茄生长与沉积物若干环境因子及两两之间的关系研究。研究表明,秋茄对沉积物中各因子具有不同的富集吸收机制,随着秋茄种植时间的增长,沉积物中Zn、Cd、Cr、Hg、As及TOC的含量处于波动状态,因受到秋茄根系富集作用而总体呈现略有上升趋势,但Cu及Pb含量总体呈现下降态势。此外,不同重金属元素对秋茄生长的影响存在差异,在重金属Cu及Zn含量较高的区域,秋茄生物量及生物增长量与其存在显著负相关关系,与其他重金属元素则呈现不甚显著的负相关关系。总之,秋茄林的人工引种对沉积物质量的改善及生态环境治理具有不同程度的效果。 Based on the monitoring data of artificial Kandelia candel ecosystem in Yanpu Bay Provincial Marine Special Reserve,Cangnan,Zhejiang,the relationship between the growth of K.candel and sediment was studied.The results showed that K.candel had different enrichment and absorption mechanisms for various factors in sediments.With the growth of planting time,the contents of Zn,Cd,Cr,Hg,As and TOC in sediment were in a state of fluctuation,and showed an overall trend of increase by enrichment of the K.candel root and general rise slightly,while the contents of Cu and Pb were in a general trend of decline.In addition,the effects of different heavy metal elements on the growth of K.candel were different,and the biomass and biological growth of K.candel were significant negative correlation in areas with higher content of Cu and Zn,but showed an insignificant negative correlation with other heavy metal elements.In conclusion,the artificial introduction of K.candel forest has different effect on sediment quality improvement and ecological environment control.
