摘要
汽车运输船作为特殊设计船型,其刚度低,横向框架强度弱的特点尤为突出。需要针对7800 PCTC船在动态条件下抗击外部压力冲击进行性能评估,应用大型有限元软件开展了全船结构的模态分析,分析了柔性设计7800 PCTC的模态特性,并与相似尺度的集装箱船进行比对。通过施加不同频率的外部动态载荷,并结合整船固有频率特点,研究结构的频率响应特性及幅值,得出结构在不同频率外部压力作用下的响应情况,通过研究船体结构整体的稳定性及动力特性,为结构的强化改善提供依据。
As a specially designed ship type,the car carrier has the characteristics of low rigidity and weak transverse frame strength.It is necessary to evaluate the performance of the 7800 PCTC ship against external pressure shocks under dynamic conditions.The large-scale finite element software is used to carry out the modal analysis of the whole ship structure,and the modal characteristics of the winged design 7800 PCTC are analyzed,and compared with container ships of similar size.By applying external dynamic loads of different frequencies,combined with the characteristics of the natural frequency of the whole ship,the frequency response characteristics and amplitude of the structure are studied,and the response of the structure under the action of external pressure at different frequencies is obtained.The dynamic characteristics provide the basis for the strengthening and improvement of the structure.
