社会化医用织物洗涤机构现况调查及相关因素分析

Investigation on status of social washing services organizations and related factors analysis

目的 了解社会化医用织物洗涤机构监管现状及其影响因素。方法 采用问卷调查方式,对国内部分社会化医用织物洗涤机构管理现状及其影响因素进行调查与分析。结果 共收到208家医院医院感染管理专职人员调查问卷。结果显示,医院感染专职人员对社会化洗涤公司的主要设备知晓度仅49.52%,行业认证知晓度仅25.00%,管理体系建立知晓度较差的占45.67%,并且对医用织物的监管能力较低。医院的织物周转库房建设越规范,院感专职人员认知度越高,其监管水平越高。结论 所调查的医院感染专职人员对社会化洗涤医用织物的监管能力不足,需提升对医用织物的监管水平。

Objective To analyze the supervision status and influencing factors of socialized washing of medical fabrics on healthcare-associated infection.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey status and influencing factors of healthcare-associated infection professionals adopted socialized washing pattern to dispose medical fabrics.Results 208 hospitals’ healthcare-associated infection professionals participated in the survey.Healthcare-associated infection professionals had a poor awareness of the main equipment(49.52%), industry certification(25.00%) and management system construction(45.67%) of the social washing company. The more standardized construction of the fabric turnover warehouse in the hospitalts, the higher awareness of healthcare-associated infection professionalsts, and the higher the level of supervision.Conclusion Supervision of medical fabrics is insufficient. Healthcare-associated infection professionals should enhance professional proficiency.
