我国速度赛马骑师职业技能标准指标体系构建研究

Construction of Standard Index System of Professional Skills for Jockeysin China

为了解决我国速度赛马骑师职业水准缺乏统一标准的问题,以及在现行政策支持下,建设赛马产业人才职业技能标准体系工程的必要性程度,采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家咨询、数理统计、比较研究、实验等研究方法,对速度赛马骑师职业技能标准进行研究,初步构建了速度赛马职业技能标准指标体系。结果表明,专家权威系数为0.74,各项数据均值均大于3.5,变异系数均小于0.25,一致性系数在0.455到0.614之间,且P值0.05,说明所选取的专家代表性和可靠性较好,所构建的速度赛马骑师职业技能指标体系具有一定的科学合理性,能为我国速度赛马从业人员职业技能标准的制定提供一定的参考。

In order to solve the problem of lack of a unified standard for the professional level of Jockeys in China,and under the support of the current policy,it is necessary to build a professional skill standard system for talents in the horse racing industry.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert consultation,mathematical statistics,comparative study,experiment and other research methods,this paper studies the professional skill standard of speed jockey,and preliminarily constructs the professional skill standard index system of speed horse racing.The results show that the expert authority coefficient is 0.74,the average value of each data is more than 3.5,the coefficient of variation is less than 0.25,the consistency coefficient is between 0.455 and 0.614,and the P0.05.It shows that the selected experts are representative and reliable,and the professional skill index system of Jockeys is scientific and reasonable,which can provide some reference for the formulation of professional skills standards for Jockeys in China.
