摘要
人文关怀强调用“人”的方式去理解人、对待人、关怀人,特别是关怀人的精神生活,尊重人的需求和价值。通过人文关怀视角对当前学校体育面临的挑战分析后认为,学校体育亟需做出调整,体现人文关怀精神。学校体育课程内容上:以生为本,关注学生的体育需求与个性发展;学校体育活动组织上:打通校内、外界限,增加学校体育活动吸引力;学校体育政策供给上:完善制度供给保障,引导学校体育对人文的关注;在学校体育资源配置上:均衡学校体育资源、增加优质资源的流动性和互通性;在学校体育资源开放上:多元促进,推动学校体育资源开放,惠及广大学生。
Humanistic care emphasizes to understand people,treat people,care for people,especially care for people's spiritual life in the way of"people",and respect people's needs and values.From the perspective of humanistic care,and based on the analysis of the challenges faced by the current school physical education,it is believed that in terms of school physical education curriculum content,we should based on student-orientation pay attention to students'sports needs and personality development;in the aspect of the organization of school sports activities,we should get through the boundaries of school and outside and increase the attraction of school sports activities;for school PE policy supply,we should perfect the system supply guarantee,guide school PE to pay attention to humanity;in the allocation of school physical education resources,we should balance school physical education resources,increase the mobility and interoperability of high quality resources;in terms of the opening of school physical education resources,the main development path is that we should multiply promote the opening of school physical education resources and benefit students,which is a main path that needs to be adjusted and embodies the spirit of humanistic care.
