Objective:To explore a new mode for chronic disease intervention, the self-developed mobile APP was used to explore the intervention effect of combined resistance-aerobic exercise on blood glucose and blood lipid indexes of pre-diabetes population, and to compare the effect difference between mobile APP intervention and ordinary intervention.Methods:115 patients with pre-diabetes were selected and randomly divided into the mobile program intervention group and the ordinary intervention group. The patients in the two groups were treated with 12-week combined resistance-aerobic exercise intervention. The levels in FBG,2hPG,HbAlc and the blood lipids were compared. Results:The FBG,2hPG,HbAlc and the blood lipids in the two groups were significantly improved after exercise intervention. The improvement of the mobile APP intervention group was more obvious than that of the ordinary way intervention group, with significant differences.Conclusion:12-week combined resistance-aerobic exercise intervention can significantly improve the blood glucose and lipid metabolism indexes of pre-diabetes population.Under the same intervention scheme, the intervention effect of mobile APP on pre-diabetes population is better than that of ordinary intervention.
