摘要 对某高碳千枚岩型钼矿进行了多元素、矿石性质、物相组成分析,并分别开展了脱碳、抑碳、原矿次氯酸钠浸出、焙烧-碱浸、浮选-精矿碱浸及焙烧后再碱浸工艺研究。结果表明:常规的浮选无法有效实现钼、碳分离,原矿次氯酸钠浸出、焙烧-碱浸成本高,浮选-精矿添加石灰焙烧-碱浸工艺成本低,指标较好。 The multi-element composition,ore properties and phase composition of a high-carbon phyllite molybdenum ore were analyzed.Decarbonization,carbon suppression,leaching of raw ore sodium hypochlorite,roasting-alkaline leaching,flotation-concentrate alkali leaching and alkali leaching after roasting were carried out respectively.The results show that the separation of molybdenum and carbon cannot be effectively achieved by conventional flotation,and the cost of raw ore leaching with sodium hypochlorite and roasting-alkali leaching is high.The flotation-concentrate roasting with lime addition and leaching with sodium carbonate can get perfect leaching indexes with reasonable cost.
