摘要 以培养具有工程实践能力、工程创新能力和团队合作能力的应用型人才为导向,在高分子材料与工程专业综合性实验设计引入CDIO工程教育理念,以超级电容器的设计为例,从产品的研发到产品运行的生命周期为载体,让学生以课程之间有机联系的方式学习课程。从超级电容器的工作原理出发,分别讨论超级电容器的设计、制备、检测和效果评价等,以期在综合性实验设计方面有所突破,从而达到CDIO模式下工程知识、设计理念、研究创新和个人能力的培养,实现人才培养与企业需求的“无缝对接”。 In order to cultivate engineering practice ability,engineering innovation ability and the team cooperation ability,the paper introduces the concept of CDIO engineering education in comprehensive experimental design of polymer material and engineering.Taking the design of supercapacitor as an example,from product research and development to product operation life cycle as the carrier,students are encouraged learn courses in an organic way between courses.Based on the working principle of supercapacitor,the design,preparation,detection and effect evaluation of supercapacitor are discussed respectively.All those are done to have a breakthrough in the comprehensive experimental design,realize the talent training of CDIO education concept,improve students’ability of engineering knowledge,design concept and research innovation,realize the“seamless connection”between talents training and enterprise needs.
