旅游民宿改造设计——以闽西南江客家土楼为例

Research on Tourism B&B Renovation Design——Taking Hakka Tulou in Nanjiang Village as an Example

我国旅游消费进入休闲时代和度假时代,民宿是旅游文化住宿新业态,政府大力培育特色旅游民宿,推动乡村可持续发展,推进当地旅游高质量发展。以南江村客家土楼民宿改造为例,通过对朝阳楼改造设计进行分析,提炼土楼民宿改造的要点,保护传统建筑。以民宿为载体,会让更多的文化遗产活化起来,从而发扬和传承客家文化。

China’s tourism consumption has entered the era of leisure and vacation.B&B is a new business form of tourism and cultural accommodation.The government vigorously cultivates characteristic B&B,facilitates the sustainable development of rural areas and promotes the high-quality development of local tourism.Taking Nanjiang village Hakka B&B renovation as an example,this paper analyzes the renovation design of Chaoyang building,and refines the key points of Tulou B&B transformation,so as to better protect the traditional architecture.With B&B as the carrier,more cultural heritage will be activated and Hakka culture will be developed and inherited.
