Quantitative Analysis of the Text of Country’s Ideological and Political Education Policy

以我国思想政治教育政策文本(2004—2020年)为研究对象,采用内容分析法,从政策对象、政策类型、政策目的三个维度进行量化分析,得出思想政治教育政策文本注重高等教育对象的学习与贯彻、鼓励与引导,缺乏对全员思想政治教育成效检验与巩固方面的政策,同时发现政府在政策文本发布的连续性上得到了改善。鉴于此,提出多类型政策协同发布,达到政策共振作用,注重政策发布常态化与连续性的政策建议。

Taking the text of my country’s ideological and political education policy(2004~2020)as the research object,using the content analysis method,the quantitative analysis is carried out from the three dimensions of policy object,policy type,and policy purpose.It is concluded that my country’s ideological and political education policy text focuses on the learning and implementation,encouragement and guidance of higher education objects,and lacks policies for testing and consolidating the effectiveness of ideological and political education.At the same time,it is found that the government has improved the continuity of policy text release.In view of this,the coordinated release of multiple types of policies has been proposed to achieve policy resonance,and policy recommendations that emphasize the normalization and continuity of policy releases.
