科研诚信是高校科研管理的难点,科研失信现象在高校屡见不鲜。高校科研失信的主体有个体、集体两类,其失信的原因、现象各异。高校应当健全科研诚信管理体系,着力提升科研能力,并建立科研容错机制,使诚信管理覆盖科研活动全过程,可采取分类评价方式,利用信息化手段实施诚信监控,加大科研失信行为惩戒力度,净化外部科研环境,多方位探索高校科研诚信体系建设的有效途径。
