“学习产出”(OBE)视域下新兵器拔尖创新人才培养模式探索

摘要 学习产出教育实现了教育范式的转移,对于人才的培养从以往的知识灌输转变为人才的产出。兵器专业是传统专业,也是国防事业的重要保障。在新时代的背景下,新兵器拔尖创新人才培养尤为重要,但是新兵器的建设面临着教学理念有待提高、教学内容有待创新、国际化培养有待突破、保障机制有待改善等方面的制约,需要以学习产出为指引,从加强新兵器拔尖人才的素质设计、满足要求的课程设计、教学策略选择、学习产出的评估方法和保证机制四处着手,构建符合时代发展的新兵器拔尖创新人才培养的模式。
