摘要
目的:探讨冰硼散对阴道炎模型大鼠VEGF蛋白表达的影响。方法:采用苯酚胶浆制备阴道炎大鼠模型,按体重随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、冰硼散小、中、大剂量组和珍珠散组,以冰硼散阴道给药治疗,采用免疫组化检测阴道组织中VEGF蛋白表达,采用Western Blot检测宫颈组织VEGF蛋白表达。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠道VEGF蛋白表达明显升高(P<0.01)。与正常对照组比较,冰硼散中、高剂量组大鼠VEGF蛋白表达明显降低(P<0.05)。阳性对照药珍珠散组大鼠VEGF蛋白表达明显降低(P<0.05)。与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠宫颈组织VEGF蛋白表达明显升高(P<0.01)。与正常对照组比较,冰硼散低、中、高剂量组大鼠宫颈组织VEGF蛋白表达明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。阳性对照药珍珠散组大鼠宫颈组织VEGF蛋白表达明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:冰硼散对阴道炎模型大鼠具有明显的治疗作用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Bingpeng powder on the expression of VEGF protein in vaginitis model rats.Methods:The vaginitis rat model was made with phenol mucilage,and was randomly divided into control group,Model Control Group,Bingpeng powder small,middle and large dose group and Zhenzhu powder group according to body weight,western Blot was used to detect the expression of VEGF protein in cervical tissue and immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of VEGF protein.Results:Compared with the normal control group,the expression of VEGF protein was significantly increased in the Model Control Group(P<0.01).Compared with the normal control group,the expression of VEGF protein in the middle and high dose groups of Bingpeng powder was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF protein was significantly decreased in the Positive Control Group(P<0.05).Compared with normal control group,the expression of VEGF protein in cervical tissue of model control group was significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the normal control group,the expression of VEGF protein in cervical tissue of rats in the low,middle and high dose groups of Bingpeng powder was significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The expression of VEGF protein in cervical tissue of positive control group was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Bingpeng powder has obvious therapeutic effect on vaginitis model rats.
