随着新型采油管理区建设的深入,管理区的职能定位、组织构架、体制机制不断完善。经营模式逐渐转换,油藏经营理念、创新思想不断深化。人力资源管理体系也需要进行与之相适应的改革调整,为改革发展提供源源不断的动力。
With the deepening of the construction of new oil production management area,the functional orientation,organizational structure and system mechanism of the management area are constantly improved.The business model has been gradually transformed,and the reservoir management concept and innovative thought have been deepened.Human resource management system also needs to carry out corresponding reform and adjustment to provide continuous power for reform and development.
