长江中下游河段溢油围控回收策略研究

Study on Oil Spill Containment and Recovery Strategy in the Middle and Lower Reaches of the Yangtze River

针对长江中下游某河段,开展溢油围控点选择、围油栏选型及布控作业技术、溢油回收设备选型及处置等关键过程作业技术研究,建立长江中下游河段内河水域溢油围控回收作业方案,为河流溢油应急处置提供有效的技术支持。

For a river section in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river,carry out research on key process operation technologies such as the selection of oil spill containment points,the selection and control operation technology of oil containment booms,the selection and disposal of oil spill recovery equipment,and establish an oil spill containment and recovery operation scheme in inland waters in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river,so as to provide effective technical support for river oil spill emergency disposal.
