海上油田燃气系统稳定调节探索

摘要 某海上油田在新增发电站调试过程中发现气源井生产不稳定,燃气系统压力调节方式不适合当前工况,导致燃气处理系统故障频发,经常出现压力波动高值超过系统保护值情况,给稳定生产和系统安全带来极大隐患。文章通过对影响燃气稳定调节的影响因素进行分析,找出导致供气不稳定的根源以及目前燃气处理系统压力调节方式的局限性,通过气源井生产精细化管理,燃气处理流程压力控制系统优化改造等措施进行综合调整,成功解决燃气系统运行不稳定难题,保障了油田电站的高效安全运行。 During the commissioning of a new power station in an offshore oil field,it is found that the production of the gas source well is unstable,and the pressure regulation mode of the gas system is not suitable for the current working conditions,resulting in frequent failures of the gas treatment system,and the high value of pressure fluctuation often exceeds the system protection value,which brings great hidden dangers to the stable production and system safety.By analyzing the influencing factors affecting the stable regulation of gas,this paper finds out the root causes of unstable gas supply and the limitations of the current pressure regulation mode of gas treatment system,and successfully solves the problem of unstable operation of gas system through comprehensive adjustment through measures such as refined production management of gas source well and optimization and transformation of gas treatment process pressure control system.It ensures the efficient and safe operation of oilfield power stations.
