In terms of the supervision and management of hazardous chemicals,two problems have emerged after the substantive operation of the local production safety committee.The first is the uncoordinated cooperation between its member units,and the second is the unclear powers and responsibilities.The contradiction between the comprehensive supervision department and the industry competent department has become more and more prominent.In addition,there are a large number of dispatched workers in the county-level emergency management departments.The article deeply explores the disadvantages of this mixed work mode,and analyzes the reasons why the law enforcement personnel of the local emergency bureau are tired of responding to the company’s on-site safety inspections.At the same time,it provides a potential solution.
