针对石油化工企业事故频发、安全隐患较多等问题,文章以风险为核心,从应急预案的可操作性为出发点,围绕管理制度落实到位、人员教育培训到位、应急处置能力到位三方面的管控措施落实体系,建立安全生产风险防控体系。以物联网、大数据、知识图谱等新技术为支撑,构建安全生产风险防控平台,促进石油化工企业的数字化、智能化转型,提升石油化工企业的安全生产水平。

Aiming at the problems of frequent accidents and hidden dangers in petrochemical enterprises.This paper construction the safety risks prevention and control system from risk,the operability of emergency plan,and risk control measures implementation system which include management system,personnel education and training,and emergency response capacity.Construct the informationplatform with the support of new technologies such as the internet of things,big data and knowledge graph.Promote the digital and intelligent transformation of petrochemical enterprises,improve the safety production level of petrochemical enterprises.
