不同反应条件下制备高氯酸钾的粒径变化

摘要 目前我国工业复分解法生产的高氯酸钾粒径浮动较大,高氯酸钾成品质量不稳定,进而影响下游烟花爆竹企业的产品质量。对于控制高氯酸钾粒度的方法,行业内尚没有可参照的理论支撑。文章以氯化钾和高氯酸钠为原料进行复分解反应制备高氯酸钾,将高氯酸钾粉体通过循环分散系统超声分散后,利用激光粒度分布仪检测高氯酸钾粒径来探究不同反应条件对生成的高氯酸钾粒径的影响。实验结果表明:控制反应时间、提高氯化钾的纯度、反应温度与反应物加入速率等,均能影响高氯酸钾粒径的大小。 So far,the particle size of potassium perchlorate produced by China industrial double decomposition method fluctuates greatly,and the quality of potassium perchlorate products is unstable,which in turn affects the product quality of downstream fireworks and firecracker enterprises.For the preparation of potassium perchlorate with stable particle size,there is no theoretical support that can be referred to in the industry.In this paper,potassium chloride and sodium perchlorate are used as raw materials for the double decomposition reaction to prepare potassium perchlorate.After the potassium perchlorate powder is ultrasonically dispersed by a circulating dispersion system,the particle size of the potassium perchlorate is detected by a laser particle size distribution instrument to explore the effect of different reaction conditions on the particle size of the generated potassium perchlorate.The experimental results show that controlling the reaction time,improving the purity of potassium chloride,the reaction temperature and the rate of addition of reactants,etc,can all affect the particle size of potassium perchlorate.
