德谷胰岛素与甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的效果比较

Comparative analysis of insulin degludec and insulin glargine in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的比较分析2型糖尿病(T_(2)DM)患者采用德谷胰岛素与甘精胰岛素治疗的效果,为2型糖尿病的临床治疗提供参考。方法将2020年4月-2021年4月诊断住院的T_(2)DM患者70例分为A组(35例)和B组(35例),A组使用二甲双胍和德谷胰岛素联合治疗,B组采用二甲双胍和甘精胰岛素联合治疗,疗程均为3个月,监测比较2组患者住院期间血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白、低血糖发生率等情况。结果治疗前2组患者的血糖指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组血糖水平均较治疗前下降,且A组降幅大于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者低血糖发生次数明显少于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论德谷胰岛素的疗效优于甘精胰岛素,可以有效降低T_(2)DM患者血糖水平,且安全性高,值得推广。

Objective Comparative analysis of the effect of insulin deg and insulin glargine in type 2 diabetic patients,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 70 T_(2)DM patients diagnosed and hospitalized from April 2020 to April 2021 were divided into group A(35 cases)and group B(35 cases).Group A was treated with metformin and insulin degludec,and group B was treated with metformin and insulin glargine for 3 months.The blood glucose level,glycosylated hemoglobin and the incidence of hypoglycemia were monitored and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose levels of the two groups decreased compared with before.The control of blood glucose indexes such as FPG,2hPG and HbA1c in group A was better than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the incidence of hypoglycemia in group A was significantly less than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of insulin degludec is higher than insulin glargine.Insulin degludec treatment for T_(2)DM patients can effectively reduce the blood glucose level,reduce patients'pain and improve their quality of life,and has high safety,which is worthy of application.
