PDCA质量管理对自闭症儿童康复疗效的研究

Study on the effect of PDCA quality management on the rehabilitation of autistic children

目的探讨采用戴明环循环管理模式(PDCA)进行康复质量控制与管理对自闭症儿童康复的疗效。方法选取韶关市第一人民医院2020年7月—2020年9月在训的自闭症患儿80例,按照管理模式进行分组,各40例,其中对照组患儿日常管理为常规管理,观察组患儿采用PDCA质量管理模式。比较2组孤独症儿童行为量表(ABC)、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)评分、康复疗效,及家属治疗满意度。结果治疗前2组患儿ABC、CARS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后ABC、CARS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组康复治疗总有效率为92.50%(37/40),对照组康复治疗总有效率为70.00%(28/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属治疗满意度85.00%(34/40),对照组治疗满意度52.50%(21/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环质量管理模式,能提升对自闭症患儿的管理效果,可有效改善其自闭症症状,提升康复疗效。

Objective To explore the use of Deming Cycle Management Model(PDCA)for rehabilitation quality control and management on the rehabilitation effects of children with autism.Methods A total of 80 children with autism who were in training in our hospital from July 2020 to September 2020 were selected and divided into groups according to the management model,with 40 cases in each group.The daily management of the children in the control group was routine management,and the children in the observation group were managed The PDCA quality management model continuously improves the daily management of children.Compare the effects of different management modes on the use of Autism Child Behavior Scale(ABC),Child Autism Rating Scale(CARS)scores,and the effect of rehabilitation,and analyze the impact of treatment results on family members'satisfaction with treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ABC and CARS scores between the two groups of children(P>0.05);after treatment,the ABC and CARS scores were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of rehabilitation treatment in the observation group was 92.50%(37/40),and the total effective rate of rehabilitation treatment in the control group was 70.00%(28/40),the difference was statistically significant.The treatment satisfaction degree of the observation group was 85.00%(34/40),and the treatment satisfaction degree of the control group was 52.50%(21/40).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle quality management model can improve the management effect of children with autism,can effectively improve the symptoms of children with autism,and effectively enhance the rehabilitation effect.
