快速康复护理对上肢骨折患者疼痛程度及功能恢复的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on the pain degree and functional recovery of upper limb fracture patients

目的探讨快速康复护理对上肢骨折患者疼痛及功能恢复的影响。方法随机将德阳市人民医院收治的89例上肢骨折患者分为2组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予快速康复护理,比较2组患者疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分、关节活动度、生活质量、肿胀程度、满意度及并发症。结果护理前2组疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后观察组关节活动度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术当天2组患者的肿胀程度无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组肿胀程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理能有效减轻上肢骨折患者术后疼痛,改善睡眠质量,提高上肢关节活动度,降低并发症的同时提升护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on pain and functional recovery of upper limb fracture patients.Methods 89 patients with upper extremity fracture admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation care.The pain score,sleep quality score and joint mobility of the two groups were compared,and quality of life.Results Compared with the pain score and sleep quality score of the two groups before nursing,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the observation group after nursing was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);observation after nursing The joint mobility of the group was greater than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The quality of life was higher than the control group and statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the degree of swelling between the two groups(P>0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had higher care satisfaction than the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing can effectively reduce patients'postoperative pain,improve sleep quality,and improve upper limb joint mobility,which is worthy of popularization and use.
