摘要
静电净油因其环保,无耗材等特点,在对于液压润滑油品这种不可再生石油产品的净化、再生方面十分具有发展潜力。但在工业液压润滑系统中,油品特性随系统运行不断变化,导致系统及油液本身的影响因素对净化效果的作用机制十分复杂,使得静电净油技术无法得到广泛应用。该文为了获得静电净油在系统中关键因素对净化效果率的作用规律,基于静电净油的基本原理设计了静电净油正交实验系统,进行了4种典型工业液压润滑油品净化效果评价实验,并对其结果进行分析,得到关键因素对静电净油净化效果的影响规律。
Because of its environmental protection and no consumables, electrostatic oil has great potential for development in the purification and regeneration of non-renewable petroleum products such as hydraulic lubricants. However, in the industrial hydraulic lubrication system, the characteristics of the oil are constantly changing with the operation of the system, resulting in a very complicated mechanism of the effect of the system and the influencing factors of the oil itself on the purification effect, making the electrostatic oil purification technology unable to be widely used. In this paper, in order to obtain the law of the effect of the key factors of the electrostatic clean oil on the purification effect rate, the electrostatic clean oil orthogonal experiment system is designed based on the basic principle of the electrostatic clean oil, and four typical industrial hydraulic lubricating oil purification effects evaluation experiments are carried out, and analyze the results to get the law of the influence of key factors on the effect of electrostatic net oil purification.
