摘要
该文根据一种常规的液压绞车系统原理,结合其在空载工作过程中出现的抖动问题,采用电液控制系统仿真分析,找到问题根源并制订三种防抖动处理措施,仿真结果表明,这三种方案均能解决空载抖动问题,实际应用时按第三种方案实施,经测试验证有效解决了抖动,该方法在一定程度上对液压绞车系统的平稳性提升具有借鉴意义和参考价值。
According to the principle of a conventional hydraulic winch system, combined with the shaking problem in the process of no-load operation, this paper uses the electro-hydraulic control system simulation analysis to find the root of the problem and formulate several sets of anti shaking measures. The simulation results show that the three schemes can solve the no-load jitter problem, and the third scheme is implemented in practical application. The test proves that the jitter is effectively solved, and the method has reference significance and reference value to improve the stability of hydraulic winch system to a certain extent.
